This course will be an overview of Natural Swimming Pools/Ponds (NSPs), how they are designed, how they work, and the important role of swimming pool and landscape industry professionals in the design, planning, and construction of NSPs across North America.
The seminar begins by describing the science and engineering behind the Natural Swimming Pool’s ability to produce clarified and purified bathing water. The microbiological standards used to measure the water quality are discussed and real life examples of actual laboratory test results from operating Public NSPs are presented. The introduction of the NSP to North America from its origination in Europe is addressed with an update on the current status of both residential and Public NSPs in the U.S. and Canada.

Anthony will show design details and project elements that will inspire you to create more wonderful pool and landscape designs for your clients!
